A. Project Manager(PM)
Requirements
-
Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with more than five (5) years working experience.
-
This position requires a strong knowledge of project management and construction documentation skills, with the ability to develop details, organize and coordinate the construction documents and manage the operation team.
-
Those with experience in architectural work are preferred such as ceiling, drywall & cladding works.
Responsibilities
-
Monitor, control and continual improve quality, environmental and safety and health performance at project site.
-
Plan out the overall project budget for efficient project control and participate in negotiation and settlement of all contractual changes and finalisation of the contract and variation orders within Engineering, Tendering & Contracts Department.

Ensure all facets of the project ranging from construction works, project and quality, environmental and safety and health management, cost control, quality assurance to meet the targets set by the company.

Implement and enforce site personnel, workers and subcontractors for quality, environment and safety & health practices at the workplace.
B. Project Supervisor/ Executive
Requirements
-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
-
Candidate who had site experiences especially in architectural works such as ceiling, drywall and cladding without higher educations may also apply.
Responsibilities
-
To assists the Project Manager to supervise all construction works on the project.
-
To implement project operations and documents control procedures.
-
To supervise, monitor, and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
-
To coordinate and monitor worker's activities at project site.
-
To ensure that workers adhere to good house-keeping, implement quality practice and safety at site.
C. Head of QS
Requirements
-
Diploma/ degree in QS or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experiences in managing a team of QS.
-
Strong leadership skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
-
To review of LA, contract documents, tendering, measurements and bill of quantities.
-
To be responsible in managing, monitoring and coordinating all quantity surveying work and contractual matters.
-
To handle progress claim, site valuations, variation orders and final account.
-
To attend project meetings if required.
-
Ensuring all relevant project variation, obstruction, repair work is promptly communicated and documented before implementation.
-
All commercial contracts related to VO, repairs etc. before commencement of works.
-
Ensure QS Department provide a complete payment progress to the management every beginning month.
-
Ensure QS Department claim to be duly verified from site and submit to HQ for payment progress by end of the month.
-
Review preliminary cost budget with QS prior to commencement of project to provide a costing strategy so to minimise wastages and maximised margin.

Ensure accurate and timely project material usages to be followed and minimise deviation from initial estimation.
D. Draft person
Requirements
-
Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Engineering or equivalent.
-
Require skills: Auto Cad, Sketch Up.
-
Preferably can start work immediately.
Responsibilities
-
Handle full sets of drawing, sketches and specification, working with project team, prepare drawing and ensure proper documentation and filling of all project drawing.

Provide drafting support for project team, including technical, engineering artwork relating to installation project.
-
Create, organize and maintain proper record of all project drawing.
-
Revised drawing and layout to accommodate changes and enhancements.
E. Sales Executive
Requirements
-
Minimum Diploma with experiences in sales. Those without experience but with a great attitude on developing their sales career are also encouraged to apply.
-
Those with good contact with architects and interior designers will be an added advantage.

Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
Responsibilities
-
To achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales target based on budgeted prices & product mix.
-
Develop a significant relationship with key customer by planning ahead and conducting sales visit to specified category of customer. Outcome of visit is registered on a weekly progress report summary.

Actively support to achieve common goal across team/function by participation in sales & marketing activities.
-
Obtain and maintain in-depth Market Intelligence.
-
Servicing dealers and distributers by extending technical assistance and project follow up.
-
Conduct presentation to architects and Interior Designers for company's architectural products and specify our brand in the BQ.
